To the outside of the cottage is a rear courtyard, Anchor cottage is perfectly placed for enjoying the harbourside in Weymouth. Note: CCTV recording for the prevention of crime is in operation in the entrance vestibule of this property. Further information is available on request from the owner. Please note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of £250 on this property. One parking permit available for Zone L road side parking (subject to availability) until 1st March 2027. Note: Nearest pay and display parking is at Nothe Car Park DT4 8UD a 5 minute walk. Note: If you would like Bedroom 2 made up as a king size bed, please let us know at booking so this can be arranged. Note: Fayre In The Square (usually late May Bank Holiday weekend each year) and Wessex Folk Festival (usually first weekend of Jun each year. These fantastic free festivals see the harbour and Hope Square closed to traffic. With live music, entertainment and stalls throughout the weekend.
