Bergerac Cottage is a converted stone barn sleeping four across three bedrooms and a single bathroom. Ground floor holds the living space—fitted with a Freeview TV and electric woodburner—alongside a dining area and kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine and full fridge-freezer. Upstairs are three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one single. The whole property is yours alone, with on-site parking for one car and a patio looking over the grounds and countryside beyond.
The cottage sits within a cluster of holiday properties on farmland roughly a mile from Lyme Regis beach and harbour. A footpath runs through fields and along the riverbank into town, taking about 25 minutes on foot; by car it is four minutes away. Lyme Regis itself holds pubs, restaurants, independent shops and water sports facilities. The surrounding area is crossed by 28 miles of footpaths and bridleways, including a section of the Dorset Coastal Path half a mile away. Electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi are included. The grounds contain a pond. Smoking is not permitted inside.

Lovely holiday cottages in a tranquil location. The cottage was really clean and comfortable and it made a great base to explore the Dorset coast. It was a nice and relatively short walk into Lyme Regis, and the park and ride carpark was conveniently nearby if you didn't feel like walking back up the hill. It was lovely to sit in the garden in the morning and listen to the birds (we even saw a green woodpecker from our window!)

Lovely, quiet holiday location. 20 minute downhill walk to Lyme Regis (uphill on way back takes a little longer but there's also a bus stop nearby), meaning no parking or time issues by the sea. Also easy drive to nearby seaside resorts such as Beer and Charmouth.

Lovely cottage, clean and homely with great facilities. Beautiful view and lovely little garden area with pond. A quiet spot that was just what we needed. Really enjoyed our stay would definitely return.

Coppers' Cottages is a small group of holiday cottages situated off the main road but readily accessible. You will need a car. We stay at Poirot Cottage, it is exceptionally clean and well maintained. Ideally placed for a quiet retreat, a family holiday or for exploring the Jurassic Coastline. The conservatory overlooks Hole Common which is a large woodland and common area being right on your door-step. You are only a few minutes drive from Lyme Regis which is well worth exploring on foot. A welcoming and busy sea side resort. We think this is a special find.
