Keeper’s Cottage

Keeper's Cottage is a two-bedroom cottage sleeping four, part of Rudge Farm Cottages near the Dorset coast. Everything you need for cooking and eating is here—electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer—along with a 50-inch smart TV in the open-plan living space. Both bedrooms are on the ground floor: one with a double bed, one with two singles. The bathroom has a bath with shower over. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and electricity are all included.

The cottage sits within 22 acres of grounds shared with other on-site properties. There's a games room with a pool table, table tennis, skittle alley and table football, plus a patio with garden furniture and a barbecue. The wider estate includes a tennis court, woodland and lawned areas, fishing (free, for carp, rudd and roach), and a bike store. An external laundry room with washing machines and tumble dryers is available to guests. A cot can be arranged for £30, and a highchair on request. The property does not permit smoking. Note that there is a fenced stream and lake within the grounds, about 100 yards away.

Rudge Farm Cottages is close enough to Dorset's beaches and the Jurassic Coast for day trips, and the owners live on-site should you need help during your stay.
