You arrive at Little Hewish Barn to find an upside-down layout that floods the upper floors with light. Downstairs is the master bedroom—a king with its own shower room—plus a utility space with washing and drying machines. Upstairs opens into a generous living area: kitchen with electric oven, induction hob and dishwasher; dining space; and a sitting room with woodburner and smart TV. The second bedroom, another king, sits on this floor alongside a family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms and bathrooms have heated towel rails. The essentials are covered: electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are included, along with initial fuel for the fire.

Outside is a private garden with patio, summerhouse, seating and a barbecue. There is space for two cars on site and a bike store. The village of Milton Abbas sits in rolling countryside with good access to Dorset's walking and cycling routes, while the coast and historic sites are within reasonable reach. The property does not permit smoking. Note that the garden has a couple of steps.
