Seagulls Lookout

Seagulls Lookout is a contemporary apartment on the first floor of a building on Weymouth's Esplanade, positioned to make the most of its seafront location. The layout spreads across an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with large windows framing the beach and pier. Two bedrooms sleep four: the master has a king-size bed, while the second contains two singles that zip together. The single bathroom includes a bath with shower and a separate toilet. Essentials like bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are included, and there is parking for one car.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering—electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and microwave mean you can cook as much or as little as you choose. Freeview Smart TV and a smart speaker are in the living space. A high chair is available if needed. The Esplanade itself is lined with cafes, restaurants and shops, while the sandy beach and pier are steps away. Weymouth harbour, with its fishing trips and fresh seafood, sits nearby.
