September Cottage opens into a bright living and dining room with a woodburning stove, then leads through to a well-equipped kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher and washing machine. A conservatory extends the ground floor space. Upstairs are two bedrooms – one with a king bed, one with two singles – and a bathroom with bath and shower. The kitchen and heating essentials are included, along with wi-fi, bed linen and towels.

Outside, an enclosed garden has a patio, seating area and summer house. The cottage sits in a quiet village setting with two pubs nearby – The Lugger Inn is within a mile – and sits four miles from Weymouth's sandy beach with its RNLI patrol, seafront restaurants and traditional attractions. West Bay's harbour and the natural formations at Lulworth Cove and Durdle Door are within easy reach. The property is non-smoking and sleeps four.
