Swallow

Swallow is a single-bedroom retreat on the ground floor, where you arrive into an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and lounge all flowing together under a beamed ceiling. The double bedroom leads to an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels are provided, heating and electricity are included, and there is on-site parking for one car.

The kitchen has an electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals or handle laundry without leaving the property. Your own patio garden comes with furniture and a barbecue. You also have access to a 6.1m heated indoor pool shared across the holiday cottages, with private bookings available if you want sole use. One dog is welcome, kept on a lead in the grounds.

Charmouth's small shops and beaches lie a couple of miles away, good for fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast. Lyme Regis offers a traditional seafront with independent businesses and the famous Cobb. No smoking indoors. Check-in is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00.
