Totally unexpected experience. Online photos are of a modern cinema but, in my opinion, this is a poorly furnished film house in an old building. Seats aren't suitably sloped to see over the person in front, screens are small, lots of people standing to let people in due to lack of aisles. Staff really friendly and helpful though.

This is a unique opportunity to watch a movie in a (partly) 15th-century building. The screen is rather small, but the seats are comfortable, the popcorn is good, and the staff are super lovely. Overall, a very positive experience

Fabulous building and inexpensive tickets. The screens aren't huge, and the standard seats could be more comfortable, but for £5 we weren't complaining. There are some better seats (for a bit extra) in the front few rows, which we will probably use in the future (as the screen is not so big).

What an amazing building to house a cinema. Built in 1470 it's fantastic how they have kept so much of the original building inside. Comfortable seats and friendly staff.
