A choice of an easy, lovely sleep, handy shower, small T.V. with supermarket, just infront, to buy needs. Especially i think, for those, staying long. Plus Bus Stop, infront to go Carlisle area & back. Peter, you really are a Gentleman tks. Dumfries is a beauty, esp. Photos & Videos, by d River. 🧡🙏💙

I stayed in the 'portacabin' type accommodation at the side of the hotel rather than in the main building. No frills but the room was clean and functional with everything you need for an overnight stay. There's a great fridge/ freezer but only a kettle and a microwave but with an Aldi across the road there was no chance of starving. Great location with loads of parking.

Looks a bit old from the outside but inside was really nice; the room/suite our party booked was huge, clean and very comfy. All the staff were incredibly friendly throughout the stay and the breakfast a decent price. Only gripe was the lip before the kitchen/en suite area of our room that needs hazard tape or some kind of warning, as three of our group stubbed their toes on it
