Cider Cottage - near Lyme Regis

Cider cottage is one of two traditional stone built cottages, a Grade II listed 15th‑century stone property located near the village of Hawkchurch, close to the Devon/Dorset border. The cottage sleeps six guests across three bedrooms. good house keeping bond 200GBP. The accommodation comprises a living room with seating, Smart TV and electric woodburner. There is a well‑equipped kitchen with dining area, including an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Bedrooms consist of a ground‑floor twin with en‑suite shower room with walk‑in shower, basin and WC. On the first floor there is one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, served by a family bathroom with bath, basin and WC. A travel cot and highchair are provided. Outside, there is a private raised patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Guests have use of a shared children’s adventure playground and are welcome to explore 27 acres of shared grounds. Bike storage is available, along with private parking for up to three cars and an electric vehicle charging point. For larger groups, Cider Cottage can be booked together with the neighbouring Cider House to accommodate up to 12 guests. WiFi, fuel, power and bed linen are included. Towels are not provided.
