The kitchen is equipped for proper cooking rather than holiday shortcuts: gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine for longer stays.

The property sits at the head of a valley on a working farm where you can expect to see deer, badgers, foxes and buzzards moving through the 27 acres of grounds. An enclosed patio with garden furniture and a barbecue overlooks open fields and woodland. A children's play area operates from March through October, and the farm has space to park three cars on site.
