Little Millhayes

Little Millhayes comes with everything you need to settle in properly. The kitchen has an electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine, so you can cook proper meals and manage laundry without thinking about it. Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and heating are all included. Electricity is metered, and there's a tumble dryer in the external barn if you need it.

The layout spreads across two floors. Downstairs, a generous living room has a 40-inch smart TV and electric woodburner, with patio doors opening onto your private garden. The dining room sits one step up, and the ground-floor bedroom has a super king bed. Upstairs via a spiral staircase, the second bedroom holds twin single beds. One bathroom with a walk-in shower serves both, plus there's a separate toilet downstairs. The enclosed garden has a patio with seating and a gazebo—useful for keeping dry while you eat outside.

Upexe is a rural hamlet eight miles north of Exeter city centre, roughly 15 minutes by car, positioning you between countryside and urban amenities. One dog stays free. On-site parking fits five cars, and there's a bike store. No smoking inside.
