About Elite Venue Selection Felbridge - Gatwick

Walk into a room at Elite Venue Selection Felbridge - Gatwick and you'll find a comfortable bed, en-suite bathroom, air conditioning and drinks laid on, with family and accessible rooms available among the 116 spread across two floors. Some rooms do run cold, so it's worth asking for extra bedding if you feel the chill, but the beds themselves are consistently singled out as a highlight.

Downstairs there's a restaurant serving food that guests rate highly, plus a bar, breakfast service and kids' meals for families. The spa is a genuine draw, with an indoor pool, sauna and steam room for winding down, and there's also a gym on-site. Staff are noted for being friendly and helpful, and the hotel also handles weddings, with a bridal suite and meeting rooms for business events.

Set on London Road in East Grinstead, West Sussex, the hotel has a garden, picnic area and outdoor seating for guests who want to be outside, along with free on-site parking. Chessington World of Adventures is a nearby point of interest, and there are pubs, restaurants and walking areas close by for those exploring beyond the hotel grounds.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding our experience on the day of our departure. We were informed that we were not allowed to use the hotel amenities after check-out. This was particularly upsetting for us, as my partner had recently undergone surgery and was therefore unable to walk around the city. We had specifically chosen your hotel and were very much looking forward to spending some relaxing time in the wellness area on our departure day. Our flight was not scheduled until the evening, which would have made it very convenient and reasonable for us to remain at the hotel for a few more hours. What made the situation even more frustrating was the fact that it was not even possible to stay longer for an additional fee. This was especially surprising to us, as the hotel did not appear to be fully booked at the time. We travel extensively around the world and, in comparable situations, we have always been allowed to stay longer or continue using the hotel facilities on the day of departure. Unfortunately, we were asked to leave the hotel at 11:00 a.m., which made it impossible for us to enjoy the amenities and caused considerable disappointment. Given our circumstances, we had hoped for a more understanding and flexible approach. We would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide clarification, as this experience did not meet our expectations of your hotel. Kind regards,

What a Great visit before our flight to Dubai! Receptionist really welcoming. Swimming pool great to use for the kids between 6-9pm Evening meal superb. Also 2 course children’s meal for £5.95 an absolute bargain. The fishfingers were two strips of proper fish. Breakfast generous, beautifully presented and tasted amazing. Poached, fried and scrambled egg options. Bloomer bread and really decent coffee machine with numerous varieties. Special mention to Mark Ellwood who seemed to be everywhere! Helped with our cases in check in, served our evening meal and sorted breakfast for everyone in welcoming and seating and clearing. Definitely using this place again. Well done from all four of us it was greatly appreciated and we go to our flight in a great mood.

The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly and the food is good. But for some reason the Aircon in the rooms have a mind of its own. I picked this hotel because of the Aircon because I need a cool room to be able to sleep properly. I intentionally set the temp to 18c and the Aircon switches off multiple times and occasionally sets itself to 28c. Waking up at 3am due to the warmth is extremely frustrating and is not a comfortable experience. I won't be returning.

Great place for a weekend get away with great service & food. The pool is good with a jacuzzi & gym in the next room. Kids can use the pool from 8am to 10am & again if from 6pm to 9pm. The restaurant is quaint with relaxed atmosphere.
