Barn Owl Lodge 1 is a contemporary space built around an open-plan living area, where a kitchen with electric cooker and full-size fridge sits alongside a dining section and lounge furnished with Smart TV and comfortable seating. The bedroom holds a double bed, while a shower room completes the layout. Essentials like bed linen, towels, WiFi and heating are provided; the kitchen is equipped for self-catering with microwave and standard cookware included.

Each lodge has its own private garden with sitting-out furniture and dedicated parking for one car. One small dog is welcome. The wider grounds are shared with other properties on-site. The location suits couples, solo travellers, or pairs seeking a rural base for exploring the Norfolk and Suffolk coast. Arrival is after 15:00 and checkout before 10:00. Smoking is not permitted inside.
