There is always a warm welcome here. We've had meals here twice, and both times they've been delicious. The atmosphere is friendly, and welcoming; with attentive, but not overly attentive, staff. The place is clean, and cared for. There are fantastic views outside of the coast, and a fenced in play area for children. I haven't booked a room here so I can't comment on those. I'd recommend this place for food, and friendliness alone.

A great last-minute find. Arriving late at night, it was a little confusing to find the reception, but a helpful staff member at the bar sorted me out. Just a heads-up: the in-person price was higher than booking online, so I ended up booking on my phone to get the better rate. The room was more than adequate with a comfortable bed and all the standard facilities. I was pleased that I couldn't hear any noise from the bar or restaurant downstairs. Speaking of which, the food in the restaurant was good with generous portions, though the vegetarian and vegan options were quite limited. Overall, it was a surprisingly good place to stay, and the location right on the seafront is great.

What can I say. A hidden gem of a hotel within 20 minutes of multiple locations and attractions. We stayed in no.11 a family sea view room. One of the best and closest sea views we've ever had. With a good sized room layout. Easily had space for our travel cot whilst still having plenty of room for our 8yr old in 1 of the the 2 single beds. Good quality bathroom and very clean throughout. On check in I was told about the family fun night (I think it's every Tuesday In summer holidays). Reserved a table and we got back to the hotel around 7.30 and enjoyed the good old fashioned kids disco and games. The staff were all amazing and made us all feel welcomed and at home. Compared to the big named parks where you feel a burden just asking for something as simple as change for a kids toy vending machine. Perfect place to watch the sunrise which my wife and myself did from the bed with a cuppa in complete silence apart from the waves breaking. We would go back in a heartbeat and will do just that later this year

Not easy to find check in ‘desk’.. which was actually located at the bar in the restaurant - where I was welcomed to a group of men day drinking and staring me down. Room has a weird.. latex type of smell. Stains all over the furniture and the information book. Mold all along the shower’s seal. Electric heater that was constantly chirping away. Loud music from the bar, right underneath me, playing till around 10:30pm and on again at 08:30am - I understand that this is a resort and is bound to happen, so I can can overlook this (just weren’t expecting it mid week during December). The only thing I liked about this place was the ocean view (Room 11) and the surprisingly comfortable bed. I’ve asked them for an invoice/receipt to be sent over 3 times so I can claim on expenses with work, and still to this day, haven’t received it.
