Phoenix Sunrise

Pleasurewood Hills is within reach for a day out, and the Suffolk coast itself offers plenty to explore. Phoenix Sunrise sits on a quiet site where sea views dominate the setting—from the large wooden terrace furnished for sitting out, across the open-plan living space that runs the length of the ground floor, and from both bedrooms. The lodge is entirely yours, with space for four people spread across two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a kingsize bed and ensuite shower. The second bedroom holds two single beds. The kitchen comes with gas cooking, a dishwasher and the usual appliances for self-catering; there's a dining area with those views, and a living room with Freesat TV and an electric fire. Everything is on the ground floor. Bed linen, towels, wi-fi and heating are included. There's parking for two cars and no smoking indoors.

The terrace and sea view make this the focus of the stay. On arrival after 4pm and departure by 10am, it's the kind of place where you settle quickly and don't feel rushed to leave.
