Seacliff sits on the cliff edge at Corton near Lowestoft, a detached lodge where the main living space opens directly onto decked gardens with views across the beach. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms occupy the ground floor—a kingsize with an ensuite containing a Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, and a double with its own walk-in shower. The open-plan living area has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wood-burning stove, and enough kitchen equipment to cook properly: two ovens, a hob, dishwasher, wine cooler and washing machine among it. Heating, electricity, Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels are covered in the price. One dog stays free and gets a welcome pack.
The decking has garden furniture and a barbecue. Private parking fits two cars. The beach is 500 yards away; a shop, pub and restaurant are equally close. Southwold lies south with its pier, brewery and coloured beach huts. Inland, the Norfolk Broads offer walking, cycling and boating through a landscape of rare birds and wetland. The property does not accept guests under 18, and smoking is not permitted.
