What a unprofessional couple these are. Eileen and Pete. They are trying to rent out a park home with no exit to one side of the property due to no steps. Open the door you fall from a height. This is a severe health and safety issue and is being reported. Different stories from both. Think they done me a favour but I am looking into the issues i believe are against rules and regulations. Eileen has a very big voice but mine was bigger. These people give out false hope.

Facilities need updating new manager is trying to make welcom changes. Car park just been lined but still wide use of gas as only a 15amp electric supply

A lovely spot. Had a holiday caravan here for 16 years as a bolt hole getaway. Now living on site in a park home. Like a gated community. 5 mins to bus stop if no car. Good P.O.and store at Windmill Hill. The same in Herstmonceux along with other shops,pub,fish and chip shop,indian etc.

Cool place , went there for 5 minutes and I liked it , steep hills and caravans , pretty neat
