About Ganesha Retreats
What a super spot for a glamping getaway… Ganesha Retreats is tucked away in the East Sussex countryside, just south of the High Weald National Landscape, with gorgeous green views all around, birds singing by day and big starry skies by night. This tiny, peaceful site offers spacious furnished bell tents with bed linen and towels provided, plus shared facilities including toilets, showers and a well-equipped kitchen. There's a communal firepit area in the middle of the glamping field where you can get warm, gaze into the flames and chat with neighbours.
The village of Herstmonceux is five minutes' drive away for a shop, pub, café and takeaway, while numerous attractions – castles, beaches and historic locations – lie within easy reach. Whether you're planning family days out or prefer simple pleasures like rural walks, bike rides and birdwatching, you'll find plenty to do. Wellness experiences such as breathwork sessions may also be available during your stay, adding an extra layer of relaxation to your countryside escape.

What an amazing experience. This is the first breathwork journey I have done. Ben was great and explained all about the session and the breathing beforehand. Loved the music element of the meditation. I will definitely be attending another soma breathwork session.

I attended a SOMA Breath session with Ganesha Retreats and found it deeply calming and grounding. The space felt safe and welcoming, and the guidance was clear and supportive throughout. I left feeling more relaxed, focused, and connected to my breath. A really nourishing experience, especially if you’re feeling stressed or overwhelmed.
