What visitors say
We have just returned from a full day pottery course with Sarah and Jon. What a fabulous day we have had. We were with a lovley group all friendly. Jon and Sarah where very clear with there instruction and very helpful when we messed up. We had plenty of tea, coffee and biscuits. This is a great experience if you are wanting to try something new. Will be recommending eastnor pottery and the flying Potter to all who will listen. Thankyou Jon and Sarah for a wonderful day. Our fired pots came today so pleased with them. Thankyou

What an amazing experience! My partner bought me this experience as a gift for us both and it didn't disappoint! Sarah and Jon were absolutely brilliant, friendly and a genuinely lovely couple. The class was very informative and Sarah did an excellent demo. When it came to having a go ourselves it was so much fun. Jon and Sarah were on hand to help and support. My first attempt was a disaster but I manged to make a pot on the second attempt. Steve did manage to make 2 pots, but apparently engineers make better potters so he had an advantage! After the class we left there both saying what a great experience it had been answered was the highlight of our weekend. We chose to leave our pots and have them fired and glazed and I can't wait for them to be delivered. If anyone is thinking of giving pottery a go I would highly recommend Eastnor Pottery.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Eastnor Pottery during the 2-hour session with friends. From start to finish, it was filled with laughter, learning, and a real sense of connection. Jon and Sarah shared their wisdom and experience so generously, making the whole session both engaging and accessible, even for complete beginners. We came away not only with something we’d created ourselves, but also with a genuine sense of achievement and pride. A truly memorable experience - I cannot recommend it highly enough!

As a birthday surprise for my wife last weekend we had a great time on the Potter’s Wheel Weekend Course. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Jon and Sarah at their delightful studio as complete novices but within a short time were sitting down at the wheels throwing clay, (the pots would come later). How cool is that. On the second day we finished off and painted our creations, even if mine didn’t look quite as I intended them, those made by my wife looked amazing. We would thoroughly recommend any of their courses as Jon & Sarah are both passionate and very skilful potters as well great teachers of their craft. What an amazing place and there can be no better setting than Eastnor Pottery to learn a new skill. Thank you both for a wonderful weekend.
