What can you really say about a cinema? Nice staff, quick service, clean toilets. Comfy seats and atmosphere. We always get the premier seats as I like as much leg room as possible. Air con and heating are just right.

I went to the Odeon last night to see Disclosure Day, the seats were very uncomfortable plus the cinema was cold - noticeably so. I usually go to the Vue, it’s at least £4 cheaper, plus the seats are recliner. I was not impressed at all by this experience. Also - The responses below by “Odeon Management ” seem to be AI… Seems they can’t even be bothered to deal with feedback.

Screen 4 lights stay to bright after movie starts. Asked staff they said they know it's a problem but still have no problems with selling tickets full price. Trash cinema unless you like a downlight brighter than the screen.
