I have stayed at Arran House for the best part of 2 years. The staff are very friendly, present and always willing to help, with queries, requests or problems. The private rooms are spacious and the decour is modern. The walls are thick so noise was never an issue and its nice and warm in winter. I have never experienced any functional problems with any of the facilities or appliances. The shower is easy to use and consistently warm. The communal kitchen and dining area is similarly great. Overall I have had a very positive experience whilst staying at Arran House and would certainly recommend it to other people.

One of the biggest advantages of my studio is the excellent sound insulation, which makes it a very quiet and comfortable place to live. Overall, I am quite satisfied with this student accommodation. Maintenance services are efficient and issues are resolved promptly. The location is also very convenient, with many supermarkets and daily amenities nearby. Additionally, the kitchen is separated from the bed area, so cooking smells do not affect the sleeping space, which I really appreciate.

This is a very safe place and I feel secure living here. The management is attentive and helpful. There are clear rules, which make it easier for people from different backgrounds to live together in a shared environment. I’m a student at Kaplan, and since many other residents are also Kaplan students, it creates a nice social atmosphere.

Decent place for at decent price at a decent distance to the city:) But the huge spiderwebs in the ceiling, the lag of a top madress on the bed and the fact there is no noise reduktion from the hallway, did pull down in the overall.
