Edinburgh Waverley station is close enough to make arriving without a car straightforward, so much of the city is on the doorstep from the moment you check in.
The 20 apartments are set up for practical, comfortable stays, each with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a dishwasher, washing machine and oven, useful for anyone here for more than a night or two. Rooms are en-suite with air conditioning and drinks provided, and family rooms are available. A lift serves the building, and there's luggage storage and a laundry service for guests who need it.
There's no restaurant on site, but that matters little given the choice of eateries, bars and entertainment nearby, and golf and fishing can be arranged for those wanting to venture further out. Staff are on hand to help with recommendations, and the combination of space, self-catering facilities and central position makes this a straightforward, good-value base for exploring Edinburgh.

Been here for three nights and looking forward to returning for four more. Lots of great tiny restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

I come from Australia and I did UK trip back in November 2025 and this was first stop on my trip and I have one best sleep of my life in room due to dealing with jet lag and mattress, pillow, blanket and bed sheet was so comfy and there was on there was sweet spot on the bed, I semi sink into bed what make it so much more comfy on the bed. I normally sleep for about 8-7 hour every night but while i was at this place, i was sleeping for, 10-11 hour and even 12 hour. And location was great for all shops down main street of Edinburgh, of course there is little bit of hill but you need to expect that because of Edinburgh. but beside that, was really easy walking around. So if do come back to UK, i be coming back to this place.

The accomodation was clean and comfortable, Nice size bedroom with comfortable bed and seperate lounge and kitchen. The kitchen amenities included coffee and tea, hot chocolate, fresh milk, cooking utensils, microwave, stove, dishwasher and glasses. No bottled water. The kitchen water tap has extremely high water pressure causing water to spray every where, which can be easily fixed with a restriction device on pipe work, to prevent water spraying every where when turning on tap, unless extremely careful. Bathroom is large, with heated towel rail. Toilet roll holder is in awkward position. Maybe move to under window. Lack of shelf space for guest toiletries, shelf or half cupboard could be added under window to allow for guest to place toiletries. The Shower was in bath and quit narrow, very high to get in and out of, needs a step. The height of the dispenser in shower awkwardly high. The separate laundry facility within was a bonus. .

Nice serviced appartments. Very conveniently located in New Town. Easy walk to all tourist sites. Include dishwasher, laundry, cooktop, microwave & oven. Individually controlled air & heat. Would recommend.
