I had an amazing stay at Edinburgh37! This hotel only got 4 stars on location because I had to take an Uber to get there, but it was a super short ride, so that wasn't a big deal. I had a lot of luggage with me, and the host noticed that I was struggling with them, so he upgraded me (for free) to a room on the ground level. The room was very clean and well-decorated, and I really enjoyed my stay.

Very hospitable guest house on a main road that takes you into the old town by bus in 10-20mins, making it quiet enough to be away from the noise. The family room was comfortable and had a smart TV. The host, who lives downstairs, was very accommodating and gave us a lot of grace while we dealt with a small emergency.

On arrival it was a bit chaotic, but the rooms were nice and quite spacious. The location is perfect as there is a bus stop on both sides of the road and bus tickets can be bought on the bus. The beds weren't too good and the shower took a long time to get hot, but all in all it was a great stay and would suggest visiting this guest house!

Absolutely recommend! We couldn't have imagined a better stay in Edinburgh. Both Kenan Bey (hotel owner) and his family were so welcoming, helpful, and kind, and we feel that we have met a family friend for life :). The room we booked even had an extra bed and armchairs, and a very nice classic Edinburgh view with stone Victorian houses. Will definitely come back for a longer visit
