I had a great stay at this hotel. We requested an early check in and they made it work for us. Our room was in the basement and we accessed through stairs. I think there wasn't a lift. It was cozy and warm. The common areas were very nice and equipped with a TV and boardgames. There was also a coffee machine which you could use for free. Location is great. Very close to the Haymarket station and to the tram and many bus stops. I would definitely be back!

The place was cozy, and felt like home literally. Room had a great aesthetic feel. Dim lights, elegant. But! Th bathroom was a total waste. Like it’s hard to even stand inside. Such a bathroom with a deluxe room doesn’t makes sense.

Hotel to avoid. No cleaning services except mid stay for stays longer than 7 days..Toilet is snelling very bad. Noise all night due to water pipes. No possibility to leave luggage for check out as there is no personnel at the hotel..

I had a very pleasant stay at JOIVY Haymarket from the 4th to 7th, staying in the Family Room with four people. Overall, it was a positive experience. The accommodation offers a welcoming common area which was a great bonus, especially with the free coffee machine. I was particularly pleased to find that the bathroom in our room was newly renovated, which completely addressed any concerns raised in past reviews. We had a great time and would certainly recommend it!
