Me and mt bf had a lovely experience here! We stayed 3 nights and adored it. The room is extra cute, cozy, just perfect for a couple. It had a bed that would go up and down, like a couch/bed. I really liked that they had shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and moisturizer all in a big container with a pump we could use. The hairdryer was really good, although we only got it to work on the outlet next to our beds and not the one next to the mirror. It had a cool set of lights that could change colors. One thing I’d say I didn’t love is that to use the bathroom we had to turn like all bright lights in the room. It had a nice tv we could connect our phones and watch youtube. The location was also pretty good, we were no less than 20 minutes walking from everywhere we wanted to go. We had the perfect stay there would 100% recommend

Our overall experience was good, mostly due to the excellent location paired with the reasonable price we paid. We stayed for 10 nights. The room was good, decently sized, the mechanism that raises and lowers the bed could use some oil, it was just about screeching. Shower was decent. We had a room on the second floor, facing the at times busy street, but had no issues with noise. Good light blocking curtains. The breakfast was slightly below average based on my experience. I would recommend seeking out a nearby café or restaurant instead. The selection was quite small and refills came rarely. The eggs tasted of nothing, the bacon was edible. Service was varying, I have only good things to say about the reception, but the room service was not as good. We chose to only get our room serviced I think 4 times out of our 10 nights, one time we got an obviously dirty towel in the mix and another time we didn't get service st all, so I had to get new towels from the reception. Nothing big really, just an inconvenience.

Beautiful hotel. Staff friendly but don't even have to talk to anyone if you don't want too. Self check in and out. Very easy and simple. The location is good but it's about 20 mins walk from alot of Edinburgh so it might not be for everyone. The gym was exactly what I needed, free water, good range of mechanics. Didn't eat at the restaurant. They had a store for water and beer in the hotel but it was VERY pricey so just went around to other shops to get water and stuff. The room was good got the first class room cheaper then any normal rooms around Edinburgh. The room was huge and was perfect. Though the AC didn't really cool the room very well and kept turning off. Other then that it was a perfect stay! Will be staying there again!

Great location 10 min walk up to Princess Street. Very clean. Enjoyed a great breakfast. The bedroom was set up a bit different from traditional hotels, with the toilet in one cubicle and the shower in another cubicle and the sink in the room. But it does the same job. Tea/coffee is not in the room, is in the main foyer and you can help yourself. But spacious and very clean, the bed was super comfy. The staff were very helpful.
