You enter Gull House into a combined living and dining room where the back doors open directly onto shingle beach and open water beyond. The kitchen is separate, equipped for full self-catering with electric cooking, a dishwasher and microwave. Downstairs there is also a shower room with a walk-in shower. Upstairs are four bedrooms—two doubles, one twin, one single—alongside a separate toilet. One pet stays free, and there is parking for two cars on site.
The house overlooks Dungeness, a working fishing hamlet at Kent's southernmost point, where converted wooden fishing buildings sit among abundant birdlife. The RSPB nature reserve is nearby for serious birdwatchers. The shingle beach itself stretches for miles and suits walkers and dogs equally well. The Pilot Inn is within minutes on foot, along with a fish shop. You can watch the sun rise from the rear garden, and a barbecue sits on the decking there. Wi-Fi, heating, bed linen and towels are included. The property does not allow smoking.
