The room was comfortable overall, although I found the pillows a bit too thick and firm for my liking. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. I was here last week with my partner doing a Highlands trip. Great location for the a night in Fort William and to see Ben nevis. Had a lovely meal in the bar in the hotel. Staff were friendly and food was good as well. Served by a lovely Indian guy called AJ he went out his way to look after us. Would go back here if ever in Highlands again

Nice rooms. Our had a fairly newly remodelled bathroom, which was very nice. Stunning views over the Loch. The hotel has a onsite bar and restaurant. We had dinner in the bar and breakfast (Part of the hotel rate) in the restaurant. The dinner and breakfast were very good.

Beautiful hotel with a striking Victorian frontage and a lovely, convenient location right on the banks of Loch Linnhe. The staff were incredibly friendly, and our room was impeccably clean and warm. Breakfast was hot, filling, and had a great variety Karen at checkout desk was amazing..and co operative
