Lovely room with en-suite recently refurbished and very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good and nothing was too much trouble for Gaynor. She even gave me a jar of bramble jelly as I left as I’d said how much I’d liked it. Will definitely stay here again.

My stay at the Woolly Rock was absolutely one of the highlights of my trip through the Highlands! The location was perfect. Just a 15 minute drive outside of busy Fort William. North Ballachulish is beautiful, quiet, and acts as a perfect launching point for activities in the area. The owner, Gaynor, served a lovely breakfast each morning, and even offers a laundry service! She also arranged reservations for me at a local restaurant, and made several local hiking suggestions. The B&B was clean, spacious, other guests were friendly, and check in/out was super smooth. I would recommend the Woolly Rock to anyone looking for a stay in the Glencoe area.

I forgot to review it last year after our stay. It is so lovely 😍 You can see that the owner really cares about the place and her guests. The breakfast was fantastic. The location is ideal if you want to be a bit remote but not really of the beaten path. A cozy home away from home, and the breakfast was fantastic! The owner knows the area very well and will be able to advice you on any trip want to make. 10/10, would book again :) - hopefully will book again in the future!
