Dalmeny Park Country House Hotel and Gardens

We got married here on 24 June 2026. Our wedding day at Dalmeny Park House Hotel was truly the best day of our lives. A huge thank you to Laura, our wedding coordinator, who worked tirelessly to make sure everything ran smoothly — she even went above and beyond helping the bride into her dress on the morning of, which certainly wasn't part of her job! The rest of the staff were fantastic too and really helped make the day special. The food was excellent throughout our stay — our whole family enjoyed it, from breakfast to the dinner menu the night before the wedding, right through to the food served at the wedding itself. The rooms were another highlight, with super comfortable beds and spacious suites. Just a few tiny things worth mentioning for anyone planning a wedding here: we couldn't get a late check-out the next day as another booking followed ours, amplified music outdoors isn't allowed out of consideration for neighbours, and a couple of guests felt the evening buffet could've had a bit more variety (outside catering isn't permitted). None of this took anything away from what was otherwise a wonderful, smoothly-run day. We'd highly recommend Dalmeny Park House Hotel to any couple looking for a beautiful, memorable wedding venue.

Love this hotel. It was my 2nd stay (both have been for business). Location is perfect for calls around Glasgow, it's quiet and parking is plentiful. The staff always give you a warm welcome, and all the bar staff and restaurant staff are super friendly, polite and attentive. I only ate breakfast (eggs benedict), but it was freshly cooked and delicious. My room was clean, large and quiet. Perfect for a good night's sleep. I will always stay here when visiting Glasgow area. Price also very competitive. Cheaper than Premier Inn, and breakfast included.

We loved everything about this hotel — the rooms were beautifully done, the staff were warm and attentive, and there’s something really special about how they’ve blended a modern feel into such a historic building. The food in the hotel restaurant was amazing too. This was our second stay here with our two children, and we’ll definitely be back.

Was a guest at a wedding here on Saturday and the whole day was amazing! Staff couldn’t have been nicer, constantly around checking drinks during dinner and service was fab during this. Dinner was also amazing! The bar was great and the cocktails were reasonably priced. The rooms were spacious and super clean, bed was comfy and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast the next morning was spot on, had cooked options and a buffet of pastries, cereal, yogurt etc so everyone left well fed. Highly recommend Dalmeny Park!
