What visitors say
I’d firstly like to say that my 2/5 stars are decided because I’d love this soft play to make some changes! We continue to visit them and I think the off peak price is good value but there’s some lack of effort to fix broken equipment (have reported a huge hole in a trampoline in the past and it was never fixed) and cannot understand why the thick dust isn’t hoovered up that is so noticeable underneath most of the play areas. The biggest disappointment is all of the missing toys from the relatively new role play section. Where is all of the stuff?! Why hasn’t it been replaced if missing or broken? It has been like this for a long time. Surely the owner would like the children to enjoy this new area. Sorry for the moan, I hope you take it as constructive criticism. We used to enjoy the ride on Chase paw patrol machine and arcade style games. It is a shame they were replaced for older age games that require an expensive card to be bought to use anything. :/ Bring back Chase!!!! 🐕 And the fruit and veg! 🍌 :)

I recently booked my sons party in Fun Valley Leicester because my son attended his friends party in which there was a 'selfie frame' for kids and a 'crown chair' for birthday boy/girl. Literally that frame and chair were the only 2 reasons my son wanted a party there. 2 days before party i went to set the backdrop as they were not able to cover it for me on my request. The crown chair had literally no paint on it the chair was in poor condition and the frame had been broken by the children a month ago according to the manager. Well it was too late to cancel the party as my son was excited and guests had been given invitations. I had to fix the looks of the chair and cover the background. Unfortunately, the party day was the hottest day of the year & they had no air conditioning on. Kids were sweating and guests were also boiling and complaining. I didn't expect to pay 100s of pounds for a party somewhere and not even get a good environment. I asked the staff to turn atleast fans on but they were also helpless because it was out of order. 2 days before the party i spoke to the manager who assured me he would give me a good discount but he only offered a 10% discount at the end of the party. The staff working in kitchen and serving food did a good job and were very helpful but this place definitely need maintenance.

We visited Fun Valley indoor games for children , and it was a fantastic experience! The place was clean, safe, and very well organised, which made it easy to relax while the kids played. There were plenty of fun activities to keep children entertained for hours, and everything was well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lively and cheerful, perfect for kids to have fun and burn off energy. Overall, it was a great outing for the whole family. The children had an amazing time, and we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun and safe indoor play area for kids!

Unsuitable for children. The facilities are poor, and the place lacks proper ventilation, resulting in a foul smell and a general lack of cleanliness. Children cannot play comfortably here at all. Definite room for improvement
