From the moment we entered the building the whole experience was amazing, all staff friendly, chatty and interested how you are and your holiday is going. All communal areas spotless, room spotless and presented well, bonus to have a bath in the room. Home from home feeling. Exceptional place and service. Already booked for next year. Fantastic hotel with real added value. We travelled as a couple for a little break in Gt Yarmouth, very last minute, so were extremely fortunate to stumble upon this super hotel, we did look at the other glowing reviews with a little scepticism, but they were pretty accurate. A big shout-out to all the staff who were courteous, helpful and professional. A special shout-out to Amelia, who has depths of talent that will (or should) lead to a Nobel Prize for something.(Hi Amelia lol). Would definitely recommend, well done all.

A well run hotel in a fantastic location on the coast with helpful staff. The views of the North Sea coast are stunning, with the beautiful Waterway gardens in front of the hotel and the huge beach just beyond - and seaside entertainment is a short walk away. Food is good and the rooms are well kept . I would recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday on the East Coast

The sea view here is beautiful. The mattress was a bit hard for us, but the room was otherwise comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and most helpful, and breakfast was very tasty and freshly prepared. Would definitely return here if visiting the area again.
