Our family stayed here for a weekend. The owners are brilliant, so helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean. Lovely big room with sea view. Good hearty breakfast. The position couldn’t be better just across the road from the beach. A short walk to all the activities. Pool table and bar. Highly recommend.

Comfortable beds, excellent breakfast and friendly hosts who provide great service combined with friendliness. Hotel really clean throughout and a great location with a large car park. Opposite Great Yarmouth football ground if you wanted to watch on a Sunday afternoon. Easy flat and short walk into town and just across the road to the beach. There is a lift to save carrying you bags up and down stairs. Double glazed windows, unlike some others nearby....

A lovely 5 day stay with my family! Hosts were friendly, breakfast was lovely!! Everywhere was clean and modern with a TV lounge, games room and bar. About a 10 min walk to the centre so its set in a quiet area of the town but very close to the beach! My only gripe was no bed side light and the mattress was so soft you would roll off the edge so we had to sleep as far in the middle as possible - as to not fall out! It didn't ruin our time at all and we'd certainly recommend this hotel to other families! Thank you for a lovely stay!!!

Stayed 2 nights in room 19, a family room with our kids aged 5 and 2. Perfect amount of space in the room for all of us and a decent number of mirrors which is always appreciated. Bathroom was small but perfectly clean and everything functioning well. Whole place was very clean, carpets and paintwork looked new in many areas. The hotel feels spacious and was peaceful despite there being plenty of other guests in the breakfast room. We were able to let the kids enjoy the games tables which are in the bar. Sometimes you can feel unwelcome with kids in social areas of hotels but here it was the opposite. The two ladies we met working there were very kind and welcoming to the children and us and were fully prepared to accommodate our sons dairy allergy which was a nice surprise that hardly ever happens! Breakfast was nice and had flexible options so everyone could have what they liked. Free parking on the grounds was a massive help and having the beach so close was really nice touch.
