From the moment I arrived, Margaret made me feel very welcome. My room was lovely with a double aspect. The bathroom was a good size with a nice, powerful shower. The bed was very comfortable with a choice of medium and soft pillows. There was a coffee machine and small fridge in the room which are a great addition. The guest house is far enough away from the busier areas of the town to be quiet but less than a 10 minute walk. I have no hesitation in recommending Annabelle Rooms and would definitely stay there again.

An amazing guest house. The room was large, bright and very clean with a very comfortable bed.The sea view was lovely to sit by the window and look out to from my room. Plenty of street parking around the guest house and only a few minutes walk from the beach and about a 5 minute walk to the top end of great Yarmouth by Joyland..plenty of places to eat nearby. Margaret the host is so I'm lovely, very friendly and she can't do enough for you. This is a real gem of a place and you won't be disappointed.

Booked with Annabelle Rooms as a last minute break. We were blown away with how lovely the room & location were, just a 2 minute walk to the beach and 10 minutes to the amusements. On our arrival we had a lovely little gift left in the room which is such a nice personal touch. Free parking which is a nice quiet and safe space. The room itself was brilliant, so modern yet they have kept some of the features which makes it so unique. Smart TV, kettle, coffee machine & fridge which Margaret popped some bottled water in for our arrival. There is a modern bathroom with all mod-cons. Lots of info in the rooms so you can plan your stay and Margaret is just a call away if you need anything. Amazing place! I would definitely go again and highly recommend.

Stayed for three nights at Annabelle Rooms, it was amazing, so spotless, so comfortable, amazing views, a few minutes walk from the centre yet so peaceful and quiet, has everything you want. Margaret is the most amazing host, nothing is too much trouble for her, her hospitality, kindness and little personal touches like a welcome present when you arrive mean so much, if you are planning a visit to Great Yarmouth then look on further, Annabelle Rooms are 10/10, I will 100% return
