The property is yours entirely: three bedrooms (one double, two singles), one bathroom with bath and shower, and a living room with a smart TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, with an electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, meaning you can cook at leisure or eat out at one of the pubs within a mile. Essentials like heating, electricity, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included; there is ample parking, and a travel cot can be requested. The stairs to the entrance number eleven, and everything is on the first floor. Smoking is not permitted.

The location works for very different holidays. Families find the steam railway, Black Rock Sands and Portmeirion close by. The active gravitate to Zip World and the mountain bike trails inland. Walkers have the coastal path on the doorstep and serious routes through the Snowdonia hills. Harlech's castle and beach lie within easy driving distance. Arrive after 16:00 and depart by 10:00.
