Barmouth's sandy beach, promenade and harbourside shops lie just 3 miles away, while the Mawddach Estuary – visible from the property – is within reach for walking or driving to explore. The Mawddach Trail offers a flat route alongside the water for anyone wanting to venture out on foot. The cottage itself sits in a generous garden with a lawned area and terrace, where you can settle with morning coffee or watch the light change over the surrounding countryside.

Glandwr Lodge has three bedrooms (a queen, a kingsize and a bunk room) and one bathroom, sleeping up to six people across a single ground floor. The living room has a smart TV and an open fire; the kitchen is equipped for proper cooking, with an electric hob and oven. Essentials like electricity, wifi, bed linen and towels are covered, along with initial fuel for the fire. A travel cot and highchair are available if needed. Two cars can park on site, and one dog stays free.

The cottage is non-smoking. Arrive from 15:00 and depart by 10:00.
