Rhydwenfa

Porthmadog's harbour, independent shops and restaurants sit within easy reach of Rhydwenfa, a five-bedroom house sleeping 11 with a private garden and parking for six cars. The Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways depart from the town, and Snowdonia's walking routes begin on the doorstep. Portmeirion and the coastal beaches are close by. The house itself spans four floors: a ground-floor bedroom with ensuite and separate toilet, a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer, a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob for cooking proper meals, and two living areas with smart TVs where everyone can spread out.

Upstairs, four more bedrooms and three bathrooms mean nobody's queuing at dawn. One bedroom has a kingsize and single bed; two have two singles each; two are kingsize only. Each ensuite or nearby shower room has a heated towel rail. Bed linen, towels, wifi and heating are all included. The front garden has a sitting-out area and furniture; an electric car charging point and bike store are on site. The house is no-smoking. Families with young children can request a travel cot, highchair and stairgate.
