The ground floor opens into a living room with woodburner and smart TV, a separate dining room, and a kitchen fitted with gas cooker, electric oven, dishwasher and American-style fridge freezer. One bedroom with ensuite and walk-in shower sits on this level too. Bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi and heating are all included; the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering.

Upstairs, the first floor contains a games room with 7ft pool table and foosball, plus a cinema room with 100-inch projector screen and seating for the whole party—a genuine focal point when the weather keeps everyone indoors. The second floor houses five more bedrooms, most with kingsize beds and ensuites featuring walk-in showers and heated towel rails. A few rooms have zip-and-link beds that can split into singles on request. An external annex above the garage holds another kingsize bedroom with ensuite, accessible via the courtyard. Note that accessing the games and cinema rooms involves stairs, which may not suit those with limited mobility.

The property sits in Porthmadog with parking for three cars on-site. A back garden with courtyard, seating area and bike store provides outdoor space. One well-behaved pet stays free. No smoking throughout. Families with small children will find two travel cots, two highchairs and two stairgates available.
