What visitors say
Unfortunately our experience reflect the other reviews. We were welcomed by Hoggi, nice guy. The park is very rudimentary: showers are dirty and clogged like the toilets. Only one shower for men and 2 for women. The road is fair, lots of potholes, like it is expected from the countryside. The chemical waste disposal is just a toilet. And the gray water disposal is just a small hole in the ground with a rusty grate... I know Hoggi, "it is camping, what you expect?" To be fair I expect to be lot cheaper: 35 GBP is way too much for what is offered. I could pay 10 GBP max for this kind of service, more it is just overpriced.

Had the absolute misfortune of having to stay at this dump. What a complete rip off £35 a night 2 adults, rubbish all over the place, vehicles coming in & out all night noise from feral permanents at top of park, unacompanied little kids running in & out of bathrooms all the time, no soap at hand basins, black showers, filthy shit spread on walls, filthy mop outside in dirt, no cleaning done during our stay, kitchen & laundry equipment old & rusted out. We do not recommend this site & hope someone else can come up with something much better than this in the not too distant future.

Lovely rural campsite. Working farm with horses so amenities are basic but of a decent standard and clean. Lovely base for walks and cycle paths

Watch out, not suitable at all for tents. With a tent you are located several hundred meters from the toilet building. There is no toilet paper. The owner is not kind. My experience here was literally the same as wildcamping two nights ago, except I payed 65 euros for two small tents here (for one night), whereas wildcamping is free!

Other reviews mention the facilities can be poorly maintained and the pricing can be expensive for what's offered.
