Have been twice. Once this morning at 9am and once about 2 years ago. Great price for swimming with a little one but the whole place is in need of a very good scrub! The baby pool has visible dirt and build up of rubbish on the steps into the pool and actually in the pool. Bits of floats, sand, general dirt. Baring in mind we were in at 9am and it was super quiet it just looks like it's not cleaned. The splash park, nothing works. Again everything looks like it needs a very good clean. The changing rooms were filthy. Dirt and rubbish everywhere. Filthy floors. Again we were in early it seems that the standard is just very low. There are signs up to say they value keeping it clean but after today I remember why I didnt go back. The facilities could do with updating but more than anything everything feels very dirty

Casey at David Lloyd Hatfield did an excellent job walking us through the membership options and everything the club offers. She clearly explained the different packages and what each one includes, making it easy to understand what you’re actually paying for and what suits your lifestyle. Can’t wait to join the membership team. She took her time to highlight all the facilities from the gym and wide range of classes to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools, spa areas, and racquet sports. What stood out was how she connected the features to real benefits, not just listing them. It didn’t feel like a sales pitch; it felt like she genuinely wanted us to get value from the membership.

When Parking is a Business not a means to spend money. When swimming or as we did, watch our daughter get baptised, we parked our car on a Sunday and entered a large hall. After three hours we where told the car park is only free for 3 hours. So I wandered outside at 12:05 in the cold to pay. As it needed an app, an account and a by phone payment, took a photo and went back in side to sort it all out. By 12:20 all done, but was ticketed at 12:05. Will never return. The car park was 80% full as we turned up in the hundreds. We paid for the hall, but over zealous parking services approach everything like a money making business!

Ive had some issues but can not praise Will enough. Each and every time I've needed help or had a query hes customer service and knowledge has been outstanding hes great at hes job hes always approachable its a shame some of the other workers seem like they'd rather be somewhere else and it shows. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
