What visitors say
So the laser game is fun and this place is set up well. But the best thing about this place is the friendly, understanding staff. My 2 kids were booked in for 2 games. The first game didn't go so well with one of my children loosing it as he felt like he kept getting shot (despite the fact he was actually winning) and the other child being put off by brother's filthy mood. I was very grateful for the manager, Tyler, helping out at this point by paitently giving options to try for the second game, joining in and ensuring the second game was a success and that the the kids enjoyed themselves. That was impressive and much appreciated customer service. Thankyou.

Just got back from a wonderful evening at Laser Quest with my cub pack. The team was super helpful and well organised. Big shout out to Ellie who was super helpful, accommodating all our requests and looking after us so well. Thank you! We will be back!

My son was invited to a party a few months ago and decided that he just had to have his there as well...from booking to the actual party everything was fairly simple and the staff members were great. Tyler was very helpful in the whole booking process. The staff on the day were extremely helpful, especially when the packs seemed to have glitched they rectified it swiftly. Thank you for making my son's party memorable

Highly recommend Laser Quest Hatfield - we hosted our son’s birthday party there and it was brilliant from start to finish. The team was so helpful and the kids had a blast! Extra bonus having the 5D cinema experience. 🤩
