ODEON Hatfield

My Go-To Cinema: ODEON at The Galleria, Hatfield: I've been going to the ODEON at The Galleria in Hatfield for a couple of months, and it's easily my favourite local cinema. The whole movie experience is just top-notch, right from the moment you think about booking. First off, the cinema is always so clean. You can tell they put a lot of effort into keeping the screens and seating areas spotless, which makes the experience much more enjoyable. The seats are comfy, and the sound and picture quality are fantastic. Booking tickets is a breeze with their easy-to-use app. I usually book my seats before I even leave the house. When you get there, the staff are always so friendly and welcoming, which adds a nice personal touch. Let's talk snacks! They have a great variety of food, but my absolute favourite has to be the nachos with jalapeños – they just hit different when you're settling in for a blockbuster. For any fellow movie enthusiast, I can't recommend the My Limitless Plus card enough. It's such a good option, especially for students, as you can watch as many films as you want in a month. It pays for itself so quickly! One of the best things they do is re-release all-time favourites. I've been able to catch the Harry Potter series and some of Christopher Nolan's movies on the big screen again, which is just an incredible experience. Took my 2yr old son here today for his first cinema experience, staff are really lovely, James saw me struggling carrying snacks and a booster seat and jumped in to help, he also helped us find our seats and whilst talking to us asked if my son likes popcorn, which he hadn’t tried yet! Next thing he’s back with some popcorn for us! We went to screen 5, the seats were comfortable and the cinema was clean Will absolutely be back thank you for such a lovely experience!

Based within The Galleria Shopping Outlet, Nice venue for movies. Reasonable parking rate, close to shopping area so can be combined with shopping, plenty of food options on site which always make a good location to combine a movie with a meal. 2 coffee houses in the same building if you prefer a coffee over a meal. Snazzy and trendy outlook with free public WiFi. Plenty of parking makes it easy to park with disabled parking facilities and disabled access to all locations via lifts. Great spot for families and day out with friends.

I visited today for my sisters birthday to watch Minions and Monsters. The man who served us on the tills was so lovely and noticed my sisters birthday badge. As we left the screen, he was waiting to hand my sister a bag of M&Ms, as a birthday treat. It was such a kind and thoughtful gesture and she hasn’t stopped talking about it since. It really made her day. I’d loved to have thanked him personally but we didn’t catch his name unfortunately.
