What diners say
It must be difficult trying to give a personal touch in a venue hosting nearly 100 people all needing service at the same time, but the staff last night at Pizza Express Holborn managed to do that. Standout praise must be given to Deborah who is the perfect host here, calmly keeping oversight of what's going on whilst warmly chatting with guests. Tommy Blaize and his talented band were truly great. Looking forward to our return visit in September!

Pizza Express and Jazz is, well it's iconic! As a musician I have performed at The Pheasantry, Pizza Express Chelsea. Have never been to Holborn. Went there with my son and were warmly welcomed and looked after by their fabulous host, Deborah. I think it's so important to have a good host as its first impressions and Deborah is just that. The food was delicious and the band, The Mantecas were superb. The whole evening was just what I'd hoped as it was a treat for my son who's just finished his A levels. Thank you. Definitely spreading the word.

This venue is perfect for live music and enjoying the music of renowned jazz musicians. The patrons all share the love for jazz and make it a perfect experience. Deborah, the host, is quick to make sure you are enjoying yourself and needs are met. She read our comments when we purchased our tickets and remembered us when we checked in. It was as if we were regulars. Highly recommend Pizza Express - Holborn when you’re in London and go enjoy a night out there. You won’t regret it.

My wife and I celebrated our 28 year wedding anniversary AND that one of our daughters is going have a baby at the Pizza Express in High Holburn. Deborah who was front of house and Anna who was our gracious host, were OUTSTANDING! They kindly arranged for the SUPERB band on the night (The Mantecas) to celebrate with us by announcing our news to everyone. It was truly a MAGICAL night. Great food Elated audience Wonderful music Outstanding service What more could you want!! We will be back. Might even check out if my funky, jazzy band "The MercyZone" can perform there.
