Caberfeidh suits couples seeking a quiet retreat in the Scottish Highlands. The single-storey cottage sits on the outskirts of Dulnain Bridge, surrounded by Scots pine woodland where red squirrels and birds are regular visitors. It overlooks the River Dulnain and comes with an enclosed garden and parking for two cars.
Everything is on one level: a living room with woodburner and Freesat, a kitchen with full cooking facilities including dishwasher and washing machine, a bedroom with kingsize bed, and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels and wi-fi are provided, along with initial logs for the stove. The setup suits those wanting a self-contained base without stairs or shared facilities.
Grantown-on-Spey is three miles away for shops and restaurants. From here the Cairngorms offer year-round activity—mountain walking, water sports, winter skiing, fishing and golf—or simply the peace of the glen. The Moray Coast and Royal Deeside are both within an hour's drive. No smoking indoors. A travel cot and highchair are available on request.
