One of the best luxurious places for dining. I visited Rosewood for dinner on a thursday evening. Ordered a glass of red, steak tartare, fish and chips. The food itself, both are one of the best i have tried. Fish is very crispy, fresh, big in portion. chips is also nice. Steak tartare is also seasoned perfect. Wine is served by sommelier and will explain briefly to you about the wine. Overall the service is also top notch. Some points to improve despite the 5 stars review: Glass for water - smells heavily with the tap water/ heavy metal taste, which I did not expect. The tap water itself is acceptable. Visible flies around the air and near my dining area. I understood its summer time, but i didnt see this in other restaurant. Loud noise - not an issue with the restaurant but other guests. It was way way way too loud. As i dont expect a £100+ dining place has noise level like a pub. And even louder!

Arrived just before 12 noon for lunch and was immediately impressed by the dining room’s design—beautifully lit, with a contemporary soundtrack that kept the vibe modern without fighting the conversation. The wait staff and overall service were excellent from start to finish. The main draw here is obviously the famous Pie Room work, and from a structural standpoint, the pastry craft lives up to the hype. The hot-water crust on the beef short rib pie was far superior to any traditional British savory pie I’ve tried elsewhere, boasting perfect lamination and a clean shatter. However, the filling inside didn't quite match that elite level—it wasn't any better than a standard high-quality pub braise, making it hard to justify the premium price tag just for a tasty crust. The biggest disappointment was the fish and chips. While visually appealing with a beautifully blistered, airy batter, the haddock itself was incredibly salty, even when tasting the fish entirely independent of the battered crust. I'm not sure if they heavily brine or soak the fish in salt during prep, but it was easily the saltiest fish I've ever encountered. The accompanying chips/fries were fairly mediocre, lacking that distinct hard crunch you look for in a top-tier chip shop profile. An incredible room with stellar pastry execution, but the seasoning balance on the mains fell short of expectations.

What a wonderful Sunday roast. Its my 4th time in London but only my 2nd Sunday roast. I'm extremely happy that I've choose the Holborn dinning room at the Rosewood. Perfect food, and amazing flavours. The only downside what that the service had been a bit on the slow and weaker side. However, the food made up for that. Ive started my meal with half a dozen of Maldon oysters, accompanied by billecart-salmon champagne brut reserve. Then I've moved on to the Sunday roast, my main was Porchetta, with a glass of Chateau Brane-Cantenac, Margaux 2019. Which was an amazing pairing. Ive had so much fun, and would try to visit again, my next time in London.

Had dinner at Holborn Dining Room in London and really enjoyed the experience. I ordered the shrimp starter as my entrée and couldn’t believe how generous the portion was. The shrimp were cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Everyone else at the table enjoyed their meals as well, and everything looked fresh and well prepared. The only disappointment was the brownie dessert. It didn’t taste like a brownie at all and wasn’t something I’d order again. I’d definitely recommend the food, but I’d skip the brownie next time.
