This restaurant offers an impressive variety of dishes, but what stood out to me were the stir-fried pulled noodles 爆炒拉条 (or stir-fried sliced noodles 爆炒面片) and the braised lamb 黄焖羊肉—both were absolutely delicious. The quality of the meat here is truly top-notch. 👍 The service was also exceptional. The staff were friendly, patient, and always wore a smile, making the dining experience even more pleasant. 😊 What makes this place special is its deep connection to Chinese culture. From Dunhuang-style mural touches to blue-and-white porcelain tiles, the décor reflects a thoughtful cultural atmosphere that adds depth to the meal. 🥸 Located right across from the Royal Courts of Justice, it’s both convenient and well worth a visit. I highly recommend giving it a try.

I went with a work colleague and we had a great time. It was busy but not too noisy on a Wednesday evening but we were shown a table straight away. The server helped us with some questions about the menu and when the food came out we were delighted. Everything was delicious and just as we had hoped for. Highly recommended!

If you’re near Temple and fancy a massive bowl of noodles without the Chinatown crowds, this is the spot. I had the medium-thickness Lanzhou beef noodles and the broth was spot on—properly deep and savoury with really tender beef. They aren't stingy with the herbs either. The cucumber side was garlicky and fresh, though the tea egg was a bit bland and could’ve used more soaking. At about £17 for a meal in Central London, the value is fantastic. Service was quick and the place looks much nicer than your average noodle bar as well Overall, affordable find for an authentic Chinese lunch.

Beef noodles are pretty good, very nice that you can select the noodle thickness. Broth isn't very rich and the chili oil isn't flavourful enough or spicy enough. The portion size of sides like the carrot, tofu and fungus strips is good but it's piled onto a tiny plate, making it difficult to eat. Main issue is the incomprehensible seating arrangement which means people have to wait longer than necessary for what should be a quick meal, like parties of two being sat at a corner table for four. A bit disappointing.
