A decent cinema but I had issues with the pick n mix I’ve been going to this cinema as one of my main cinemas for years, the staff are friendly and the viewing experience is great. There is a wide range of snacks and drinks to buy. The only issue, and the reason for my lower rating, is the pick n mix. The choice of sweets is great but the issue I’ve ran into ordering here is that some of the sweets were stale. I remember being quite excited about getting my pick n mix but as I ate them during the movie some of the sweets were hard and had clearly been out for a while. It’s not a big deal but given that the price for cinema snacks is quite high I was quite disappointed. If they could just make sure the sweets aren’t stale I would happily give 4 or 5 stars.

Charged extra £4 because the movie was at "the scene" which is apparently a vip lounge. Super vip, the previous screening left behind so many snacks for us to graze on. So many leftovers for us to choose from. Thanks for not cleaning up before our bunch walked in. Saw people waiting outside the screen for it to be prepared. Not sure what it was being prepared for because it wasnt being cleaned. Last movie we saw earlier in the day the seat was filthy, chocolate left spilled all over the seat that I had to clean up myself (this was in a vip seat). You're welcome staff and next person that sat there. Should have charged for my cleaning services to get a discount

This cinema is infested with mice! Stay away at all costs. We politely told one of the staff members about it so they were aware and he gave a rude response back saying “ I can’t go in there and chase after it”. We weren’t asking you to do that you w⚓️ . When I woke up this morning I did not expect to be ASSAULTED with the nasty energy this man radiates. Honestly if you care about your mental and physical health then do not go here. I need to take a day off work just to recover from the mental health damages this establishment caused me.
