What visitors say
It looks very luxurious and beautiful, and it is a lovely place to visit. They provide food and drinks in a comfortable and welcoming environment. The venue has up to seven screens, which makes it a great place to watch different programmes. They also offer activities and programmes for both children and adults, so it is suitable for families as well. Overall, it is a very nice and enjoyable place.

We recently visited Odeon Luxe Holloway and wanted to leave a review for Irina, who provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. When we ordered a Tango Fruit Blast slush, the machine was unavailable at the time. As our film was about to start, Irina kindly offered to bring the drink over to us while we were seated watching the movie. True to her word, she brought it over during the film, which we really appreciated. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the experience much smoother and more enjoyable for both myself and my son. Thank you, Irina, for going above and beyond and helping make our trip to watch The Mandalorian & Grogu a really nice experience. Your professionalism, kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.

If you’re looking for a cinema that defines luxury this is it. The interior is stunning with tons of seating. The lifts mean it’s accessible for everyone. The range of food and drink is vast, and has loads of premium options. The recliner seats provide all the comfort you need. However there’s no premium screen formats which is a let down for me as the premises are huge and it would take this cinema to the next level.

Reclining seats are comfortable, but if you recline them you can’t see the bottom of the screen because of a ridiculous barrier between seat rows. Sound and picture quality are average. The process of buying a drink, where you queue at a screen to order, to then wait for your order to be processed (you eventually get handed an empty cup), to then queue at the machine to fill up your cup, is comically bad.

Visitors say this cinema features comfortable, reclining seats and a beautiful, luxurious art deco interior with spacious auditoriums and large screens. They also highlight the friendly, helpful staff and the good value of the unlimited membership.
Some reviews mention the cinema can be neglected and there can be mice.
