My friend and I had a wonderful time here! The receptionist was friendly and helpful, accommodated our later check in time. The room exceeded our expectations, especially for the price point. Bathrooms, room, and kitchen were very clean and we slept well in relative peace.

This is a great hotel in a good central location near to transport and lots of great restaurants. The room is very large, clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jay looked after us and made us feel very welcome.

I booked a stay from April 29 to May 1, and 47 minutes after booking I had to cancel because my work trip was rescheduled. Despite cancelling almost immediately, the hotel refused to issue a refund or even offer a credit for a future stay. As a result, I lost $400, which I now have to repay to my company. Very disappointing lack of flexibility and customer service. I would not recommend this hotel based on this experience.
