About Comfort Inn Hyde Park
Queensborough Terrace sits among the quiet garden squares just north of Hyde Park, one of a run of white-fronted townhouses a short walk from Paddington station. Comfort Inn Hyde Park occupies one of these buildings, giving guests an easy base for exploring the park itself or heading into central London via the nearby tube stations.
The hotel has 29 rooms, all en-suite with air conditioning, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children. Rooms are compact but kept clean, with comfortable beds, and each comes with drinks available in-room. Breakfast is served, though it's a fairly simple affair rather than an elaborate spread. Guests also have use of a garden, free WiFi, luggage storage, and business services.
Staff are on hand to help with local recommendations, and there's no shortage of options close by, with pubs, restaurants and other eateries all within easy reach. For an evening out or a morning stroll, Hyde Park itself is right on the doorstep.
What guests say
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel! It ticked all of our boxes on our recent trip. The rooms are small but that is something we knew about going into it so it was no issue. The AC worked very well, the room was always comfortable even during the heat wave. It was clean and smelled clean, we had the necessary amenities, and there was a sticker saying if we forgot something they could probably provide it! The service was great, everyone we saw working the front desk was welcoming and super nice to us when we came in or out, always asking if there was something we needed. The breakfast was very basic but for us it was no issue, and it was nice to have a quick bite before going out into the city. The hotel is ridiculously well located too, less than a 3 minute walk to the nearest underground station. It made our trip so effortless! The Hyde park right in front was very nice as well, offering us a quick way to relax and get away from the busy streets. I would definitely recommend this hotel for people who are just looking for a nice clean place to sleep in-between days out in the city! People complaining about the size of the rooms did not pay much attention to the pictures provided. 😉

Right , there are so many reviews about this hotel that I was a bit worried. The room I had on the lower floor was lovely and clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but that is all I needed for a one night's stay. The service was excellent. The gentle man on the front desk when I arrived on the 22nd April in the afternoon was very welcoming. I dont have anything negative to say. I lovely nights sleep. Thank you

The next time I come to London, I will book this hotel again. Everything was fine with the room, towels and sheets were clean. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also good, I especially appreciated the fresh vegetable. The location was great. Thank you for the nice stay and hope to see you again.

Good location, for easy access to the tube station. With two (central line and circle line) in 5 min walking distance. Rooms are tiny, double bed just fits in. Bathroom not large enough to get dry after shower. Went to make a tea and milk was off. Room was clean, air non not working room cold. Breakfast was poor cheap products used.
